Nurse Aide Training Program

• South Dakota certification preparation.

• Offered monthly.

• Days #1 and #2 are covered by video presentations.

• Days #3, #4 and #5 are offered onsite at Avera Education & Staffing Solutions in Yankton, South Dakota.

• Evening sessions of the NATP will require 4 evenings to complete days #3, #4, and #5.

*** Videotapes and workbook assignments MUST be completed prior to coming to class, if not done, the student will be asked to leave.***

Registration is on a first-come basis.  A minimum of 4 students is required to hold class.  Avera Education & Staffing Solutions reserves the right to cancel a session and will make every attempt to reschedule.  Avera Education & Staffing Solutions will notify facilities of changes in the schedule by phone or fax.

16 hours of self-directed study must be completed prior to the first day of class.

• Aug. 6, 7, 8 (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
• Sept. 9, 11, 16, 18 (4-10 p.m.)
• Oct. 21, 22, 23 (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)
• Nov. 11, 13, 18, 20 (4-10 p.m.)
• Dec. 29, 30, 31 (9 a.m.-5 p.m.)

Certification Testing

Testing candidates must arrive by 9:10 am.
