• Involves all levels of staff, with typically 8-10 participants per group

• Employees within each focus group are drawn from the same level within the organization, ensuring supervisory relationships don’t color the findings

• Our moderator facilitates conversations about the facility's strengths, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

• As a third-party, we create an open and safe environment in which employees candidly discuss perceptions and experiences of the workplace
