Leadership Training for Peak Performers

Sharon Waltner, L&C’s Interpersonal Relationship Consultant, is a trained conflict mediator who specializes in training in the following areas: effective team building, transforming conflict and leadership development. An overview of Ms. Waltner’s leadership training is given below.

This training will provide individuals in supervisory positions with the tools they need to become more effective leaders. The training will provide effective communication skills, motivation techniques and conflict transformation tools tailored to individual personality types for peak leadership performance.
