Customized Inservices

In addition to the many prepared educational topics offered by Avera Education & Staffing Solutions, our educators often develop new programs to meet a customer's request.  These customized programs are tailored to meet the needs of your staff.  Occasionally your educational needs may be outside the expertise of Avera Education & Staffing Solutions staff.  In those cases, Avera Education & Staffing Solutions can locate and contract with an appropriate presenter and coordinate the program for you.

Avera Education & Staffing Solutions can also help many members of your staff meet the continuing education requirements of their licensure boards.  Avera Education & Staffing Solutions is approved as a provider of continuing education in nursing by CNE-NET, which is accredited as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the ANCC Commission on Accreditation.  Therefore, nursing programs developed and provided by Avera Education & Staffing Solutions will meet your Registered Nurses' requirement for "peer reviewed" continuing education hours.

Our Agency has also presented programs approved by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), the Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM), the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the South Dakota Board of Counselor Examiners, South Dakota Board of Social Workers Examiners, South Dakota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators, the South Dakota State Board of Pharmacy, and the Nebraska Board of Respiratory Care Practice, as well as programs meeting the criteria for approval for Nebraska Nursing Home Administrators and Nebraska Social Workers.
